Determination of organic acids in drugs by LC-MSD

摘要：

In this paper, two frequently used analytical method for organic acid in drugs was compared based on Hitachi Chromaster HPLC: UV detection and post column derivatization by Bromothymol blue (BTB).Based on the shortage of conventional methods,Mass spectrometry detector (MSD) was employed to develop a LC-MS method by optimization of MSD conditions.
