Study on the interactions between small molecule drugs and serum albumin

摘要：

　　In the current study, artificial neural network (ANN)-based models were established to study the interactions between ovine serum albumin (BSA)and small molecule drugs.The results show that the calculation values were approximated to the experimental values, which indicate that the ANN models based on interactions between known drugs and BSA can be used to calculate the interactions between unknown molecules and BSA.
