High-throughput measurement of drug-cyclodextrins interactions
A high-throughput method measuring drug-cyclodextrins (CDs) interactions in real time and label free manner was developed and presented in this report.Herein, we conjugated small molecule microarray (SMMs) with label free surface plasmon resonance imaging (SPRi) for the measurement of kinetic parameters for drug-cyclodextrins interactions in high-throughput manner.In total, 450 FDA approved drugs were immobilized onto biosensor surface by using photo-cross-linked technique and kinetics against 5 types of cyclodextrins were measured.
