A novel DACHPt loaded nanoparticle for enhanced safety and anti-tumor effect

  Polyethylene glycol modified hyaluronic acid (PEG-HA) can effectively encapsule dichloro(1,2-diamino-cyclohexane)platinum(Ⅱ)(DACHPt) via convalent bonds to form long-circulation and biocompatible nanoparticles for human non-small-cell lung carcinoma treatment.As a result, the nanoparticles exhibited remarkable anti-tumor effect both in vitro and in vivo.
