Anti-tumor effects of chitosan-based non-viral siRNA delivery system

  We aimed to establish a new type of non-viral vector based on chitosan to delivery siRNA efficiently.In this paper, we synthesized 6R-g-CS and prepared siRNA loaded 6R-g-CS nanoparticles through complex coacervation method.The functional siRNASur was delivered to treat breast cancer, and we conducted anti-proliferation assay and apoptosis assay to investigate the anti-cancer effect of6R-g-CS/siRNASur.
