In vivo study of Biodistribution of Doc-HSA-nanoparticles

摘要：

　　The biodistribution of Doc-HSA-nanoparticles in mice were investigated in situ by HPLC-UV.Both Doc solution and Doc-HSA particles have been intravenous injection.The tissue distribution demonstrated that Doc in Doc-HSA-NP was significantly easily be distributed into tissues than that of Doc solution.The distribution of Doc-HSA-NP in lung, liver,spleen was significantly higher than that of Doc solution.Besides, The albumin-conjugated formulation of Doc with the particle size of90-110 nm showed enhanced solubility and in vivo characteristics and significantly higher cytotoxicity against tumor cells.
