The study of PSA-G and poloxamer 407 loaded docetaxel mixed micelles on the accele rated blood clearance phenomenon

　　Despite the clinical introduction of an increasing number of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-conjugated substances,PEG has been named as the cause of an unexpected immunogenic response known as the accelerated blood clearance (ABC) phenomenon.This phenomenon has been observed on the repeated administration of PEG-conjugated substances and nanocarriers such as PEGylated micelles.In this study, a mixed micelle that comprised of P-G and poloxamer 407 (P407) was established and injected by single and repeated injections.The results demonstrated that no ABC phenomenon was observed.
