Construction of three-dimensional porous hydrogel based on peptide modified hvaluronic acid
The hydrogels, composed of a laminin peptide and hyaluronic acid (HA), were chemically cross-linked by adipicdi hydrazide modified HA (HA-ADH) and Aldehyde modified HA(HA-CHO).The structures of intermediate compounds were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR).The internal structure and cross-linking of scaffolds were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and mercury intrusion.
