Tumour microenvironment-responsive lipoic acid nanoparticles for the targeted delivery of docetaxel to lung cancer

To develop biocompatible,biodegradable and reduction-sensitive docetaxel (DTX)-loaded nanoparticles,we successfully crosslinked lipoic acid molecules to form lipoic acid nanoparticles (LANPs).These nanoparticles were prepared at an optimal cross-linking temperature and had small size (~110nm), negative zeta potential (~-35 mv)and excellent stability especially of antiaggregation
