A self-assembled micelles for co-delivery doxorubicin and curcumin to improve anticancer effects
(0) Multidrug resistance is one of the most obstacles limiting the success of cancer chemotherapy.Previous study reported that co-delivery MDR modulator with chemotherapeutic drug is a promising strategy to improve the therapeutic effect.We prepared a curcumin and doxorubicin co-delivery micellar system to overcome multidrug resistance and improve antitumor effects.Experiments results indicate that co-delivery system had significantly increased cytotoxicity and overcome multidrug resistance.
