The antitumor efficacy of polysialic acid derivatives and poloxamer 407 loaded docetaxel mixed micelles

摘要：

　　Although high efficacy has been showed,docetaxel (DTX) cause serious side effects due to the adjuvant used in their clinical formulation Taxotere.A mixed micelle that comprised of P-G and poloxamer 407 (P407) was developed for enhanced bioavailability and antitumor efficacy in cancer therapy.In this study, the mixed micelles that sufficiently solubilized docetaxel were evaluated, in vivo antitumor experiment demonstrated that the P-G and P407 loaded DTX mixed micelles could significantly enhance the antitumor efficacy of DTX.
