Improving lung distribution for PEGylate cationic liposomes
Tissue distribution in vivo of PEGylate liposomes and PEGylate cationic liposomes were compared.Results show that PEGylate cationic liposomes can improve the distribution of fluorescent dyes (DiR) in lung tissue compared with PEGylate neutral liposome.Also, The addition of PEG significantly prolonged the circulating time of liposomes in vivo.
