Development and characterization of the TFDM-SLNs for oral delivery
To improve the solubility and the bioavailability of total flavonoids from Dracocephalum moldavica L.(TFDM), TFDM loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) were prepared.The stability of TFDM-SLNs was investigated.The optimized formulation of TFDM-SLNs was in spherical shape, similar in size with the mean particle diameter at (141.85±0.24 nm), (PDI) (0.21±0.97) and zeta potential of (-28.7±1.94mV),respectively.The average EE was 98.07±0.87% and the DL was 8.61±1.27%.The method of high shear homogenize followed ultrasonic is suitable for TFDM-SLNs preparation.
