The Preparation of Enteric Press-coated Tablets of Mesalamine

摘要：

　　The purpose of this study is to develop enteric press-coated tablets of mesalamine which have a release time lag of 4h, make the amount of drug reached the colon is improved, enhance the therapeutic effect of the drug.Finally, the ratio of HPC-L with MCC was 6:4, the amount of coating material was 240mg, the ratio of upper and lower coating layer was 1:1, the tablet diameter was 9mm.The compression coated tablets have a lag time of about 2h in simulated intestinal fluid.
