Improved oral absorption of regorafenib by amorphous pure nanodrug

摘要：

　　Amorphous pure nanodrug (APN) of regorafenib was prepared by nanoprecipitation method.The oral absorption of APN was studied in rats compared with nanocrystals and solid dispersion.The oral absorption of APN shows 2.34-times, 1.09-times and 32.67-times higher than that of regorafenib nanocrystals, solid dispersion and coarse crystals, respectively.
