Preparation of Poly (lactide-co-glycolide) Microspheres with Different Particle Size and Narrow Size Distribution Using Double Emulsion Method Combined with SPG Membrane

　　Poly (lactide-co-glycolide) microspheres were prepared by solvent evaporation, water-in-oil-in-water technique followed by direct membrane emulsification method.The uniform microspheres with different particle size were obtained by altering the SPG membrane pore size in the membrane emulsification process.
