The preparation of doxorubicin liposomes with the ion-pairing technology

　　Doxorubicin liposomes with high drug loading and high entrapment efficiency were prepared with the thin-film dispersion method combined with the ion-pairing technology.The characteristics of the liposomes were evaluated, including their particle size, zeta-potential and in vitro drug release.
