Preparation and characterization of Andro nanosuspensions for intravenous

摘要：

　　This study first developed an praperation of Andro nanosuspensions by wet milling.The milling time and pearls size influence the particle size and PI of nanosuspensions.The morpholoy of Andro nanosuspensions was observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Physical stability of nanosuspensions was not satisfied when diluted by water or isosmotic solution;interestingly, the addition of bile salt significantly enhanced its physical stability.
