Granules by fluidized bed coating co-wet milling improve the apparent solubility of efonidipine hydrochloride ethanolate
Enteric granules containing micro-sized efonidipine were obtained by fluidized bed coating combined with wet milling method.The coating suspension was prepared by mixing amount of prescriptions Eudragit L30D-55 water dispersion and the micro-sized efonidipine suspension by wet milling.This method can increase the apparent solubility of water insoluble drug—efonidipine hydrochloride ethanolate, at the same time, avoids the use of organic solvent as well as is suitable to industrial large-scale production compared with solid dispersion.
