Dynamic enhancement effect of amphiphilic enhancers on the transdermal penetration of flurbiprofen: enhancing kinetics and molecular mechanism

摘要：

　　The dynamic enhancement effect of the enhancers and the molecular mechanism of the phenomena were explored in this study.As a result,the enhancing activity of these enhancers increased fast primarily, then kept at a stable level, and decreased finally.The dynamic behaviors were decided by the molecular structures of the amphiphilic enhancers through their varied effects of the enhancers on the stratum corneum (SC)intercellular lipid.
