Effect of stabilizers on the in vitro and in vivo performances of spironolactone nanoparticles
To investigate the effects of stabilizers on the in vitro and in vivo performances of nanoparticles (NPs), four types of spironolactone (SPN)NPs with similar diameters but different stabilizers were prepared.All the formulations were in the same crystalline, however, the in vitro dissolution profiles as well as the in vivo pharmacokinetics performances were different.
