Preparation of Exenatide loaded PLGA microspheres by emulsion-electrospraying

摘要：

　　Exenatide loaded PLGA microspheres were prepared by emulsion-electrospraying.Results show that the sustained release of Exenatide was achieved and the secondary structure was not changed through the preparation.
