The preparation of low phytosterol sea buckthorn seed oil

摘要：

　　Four different strategies to prepare low phytosterol sea buckthorn seed oil (LPSBSO) to make preparation for sea buckthorn seed oil-based parenteral fat emulsion (SSFE) were compared.Reference to the European Pharmacopoeia, sterol content of soybean oil for injections as reference substance, determinate sterol content of SBSO using gas chromatography.Results show that the silica gel adsorption method was the relatively ideal preparation method.
