Study on sequential treatment system constructed byFDM 3D printing

INTRODUCTION The use of multiple medications to control complex diseases such as cancer is an increasingly used therapeutic strategy.The goals of my research are to gain a multistep release drug carrier system with the function of brain tumor treatment.Taking the tumor-immune cycle as the theoretical basis,the rhythm of the immune response as time nodes,we have used three dimensional (3D) printing process based on the Fused Deposition Mode-ling (FDM) technology flexibly to build a multiply implant dosage form with fitting intracranial shapes and sequential releasing drugs in the different dosing interval.
