Enhanced Dissolution Rate of Puerarin Using Phospholipid Complex Prepared by SCF Technology

　　In this study, we used solution enhanced dispersion by supercritical fluid (SEDS) technique to prepare puerarin phospholipid complex (PPC)and compared the PPC with that prepared by other conventional methods to determine which one was more advantageous in improving low solubility of puerarin.Results showed that PPC prepared by the solution enhanced dispersion by supercritical fluid (SEDS) technique displayed the fastest dissoluble rate and the highest cumulative release about 84.0% in all methods.Therefore, SEDS might be a green and promising strategy in preparation of phospholipid complex.
