Seeking for appropriate marker in the research of accelearated blood clearance in rats

摘要：

　　To explore the mechanism of the accelerated blood clearance (ABC), it is necessary to establish a 1ow-cost, convenient, and accurante method to analyze pharmacokinetics of the drug in vivo.The PEGylated emulsion (PE) labeled by DiR or tocopheryl nicotinate (TN) was used as carrier model in our research.Comparing phamaockinetics of PEs labeled by different markers in rats and the advantage of different markers to seek a more appropriate model and method to probe the mystery of ABC phenomenon.
