Preparation and Optimization of Oral W/O Emulsion of Nattokinase

摘要：

　　NK has the capacity of antithrombosis, but with the low permeability of membrane and oral bioavailability.The NK W/O emulsion was successfully prepared by screening and optimizing its formula.The stability test showed that the thermostability and long-term stability of NK were enhanced by preparing W/O emulsion.
