Peptide-labeled Near-infrared Fluorescent Magnetic Thermosensitive Liposomes Loading Doxorubicin

One of the most efficient methods to treat cancer is the target delivery system of anticancer drugs.To achieve this goal, we designed a kind of multi-functional liposomes composing of doxorubicin (DOX), arginine-glycine-aspartic-serine acid sequence (RGDS), near-infrared CdSeTe quantum dots (CdSeTe QDs) and Fe3O4 nanoparticles.Natural phosphoiipids were used to prepare RGDS labeled near-infrared fluorescent magnetic thermosensitive liposomes carrying doxorubicin (RGDS-NFMTSLs-DOX).RGDS-NFMTSLs-DOX could release DOX, when they are triggered by heating from magnetic nanoparticles under an AC magnetic field.Meanwhile, RGDS-NFMTSLs-DOX was superbly suitable for real-time tracing of liposomes in vivo.
