The study on oral hepatic targeting properties of DSPE-PEG-cholic acid modified liposome using fluorescent living imaging technology
Choosing DIR as fluorescent probe, to prepare DSPE-PEG-cholic acid modified DIR liposomes.The functional liposomes was orally administered to nude mice, to inspect the fluorescence intensity in vivo at different times by small animals living imaging technology.Whats more, to inspect and compare the fluorescence intensity of various organs, mice were took off the cervical vertebra to death after administration for 2h, taking out and taking photos heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney by fluorescent living imager.The result demonstrated that the fluorescence intensity of functional nanoliposomes was stronger than DIR solution and ordinary nanoliposomes.The fluorescence intensity of functional nanoliposomes in liver was stronger than other tissues, which demonstrated that the functional nanoliposomes has dual function of passive targeting and active targeting.
