Arsenic trioxide-ion complexation mediates drug accumulation into liposomes

摘要：

　　Transition metal ions were selected for the encapsulation of Arsenic trioxide within liposomes.Arsenic is determined by the silver diethyldithiocarbamate method.The determination of liposomes encapsulation efficiency was characterized to evaluate the quality of the formulation.Results show that the weak acid salt is the optimal intraliposomal medium to encapsulate Arsenic Trioxide for further research.
