PEGylated chitosan nanoparticle for siRNA targeting delivery in breast cancer therapy

　　In this study, PEG modified chitosan(CS) was synthesized for siRNA delivery, PEG-CS/siRNA nanoparticle with a small particle size can suppress breast tumor and prevent its metastasis effectively.
