INTRODUCTION Albumin-based nanoparticles have been explored as a promising delivery system for various antitumor drugs, but their poor stability in blood circulation limited them to target the tumor tissue passively through enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effects 1,2.Therefore, there has been a long controversy of whether the stable albumin nanoparticle is more advantageous.
