Learning Japanese Kanji writing method by International JSL Students- Using Kanji Learning Software on Their Smartphones
This study uses smartphone applicationsoftware to learn writing method of Japanese Kanji.International JSL students use the text input function of smart device to learn writing method of Japanese Kanji,practice stroke orderand Kanji radicalrate of pretest and post-testanalyze stroke order and writing method before and after learning,to confirm whether the learners can write the unlearned Japanese Kanji correctlyanalyze the change of correct writing rate of Japanese Kanji before and after learning The main content of the test is to select 30 words in N5 level of JPLT in the pre-test.In the post-test there are 10 words which were used in the pre-test,and 20 new Japanese Kanji wordsBased on the theory of Kanji cognitive psychology,this study aims to improve the ability of international students to understand Kanji radical and to write Japanese Kanji.
