Informal studyonagricultural migrantpopulationin AIenvironment

  Agricultural migrant population is a special group in the process of urbanization in China.In order to achieve the urbanization of the migrant agricultural population,the key is to improve their abilities to adapt the life in the city and develop their abilities for jobs.Therefore,it is necessary to create a favorable environment for co-construction,co-governance and sharing.Helping migrant workers overcome bottlenecks such as low education level and lacking of skills training is necessary,at the same time we need to broaden employment channels and increase urban integration.At present,the development and application of AI technology have greatly improved the production and work efficiency.However it also poses a great threat to the employment of agricultural migrant population who are engaged in laborintensive industries.Meanwhile,it has also created a new informal learning mode for agricultural migrant population.In the AI environment,the convenience usage of mobile devices such as mobile phones has been improved the way to interact with others greatly.Tools such as positioning,search and translation have been implanted into the teaching system.Applications such as automatic matching learning,automatic correction of homework and automatic teaching assessment have been developed one after another.However,there are still some problems in their learning awareness,methods,strategies,abilities and effects.To promote the informal learning ability of the migrant agricultural population and achieve the goal of improving their practical skills is a important part,it is necessary to implement targeted measures to establish the informal learning awareness of the migrant agricultural population,promote connections and improve their learning capabilities.We should carry out targeted training,work together with multiple services,and optimize the external conditions such as learning environment and learning resources.
