This research aims to discuss an approach for forming a teachers attitude toward the lesson improvement with ICT in rural area of the Philippines.The authors show a case study based on BYOD(Bring Your Own Device),a policy that permitting teachers to bring and utilize their own personal devices such as a smartphone,a tablet computer and a laptop computer to their classroom,and discuss how this method encourages the teachers to struggle for student-centered lessons.
