Achievements and issues by accepting external human resources in the administration of education in depopulated areas

摘要：

　　The purpose of this study is to clarify the achievements and issues to use external human resources to education services for high school students in the administration of education in depopulated areas.In this study,I interviewed the two staffs of the Board of Education in Kuzumaki-town.As the result,categories of utilization results have generated 《Trigger of change of human relations》,《Providing exchange opportunities with people outside the town》and《Proposal of recruitment strategies for new students》.Ploblem category have generated 《The fact that the activity did not continue》and 《Training of outside human resources》.
