A Case Study of New Japanese Global Industrialization Policy for Japanese University Students.

  The trend of the world globalization demands us to be a Global competent or Global jinzai.Many of Japanese companies are seeking for people who have global competent. Then, the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) established several policies to develop Japanese technical human resources.Many organizations such as company, university, and student organizations are trying to follow the government policies via the overseas education programs to grow the global human resources.Due to the limited budgets of the programs, it is necessary to expand other possible factors.In this study, we focused on the potential contributions by the overseas education program, organized by the student group.In this paper, we attempted to analyze the program comprehensively by using the data of the committee.We found the present achievements, challenges,and limitations of the program such as budget system, organizational capacity and a clear vision of the program.
