Ⅰ.Trans-boundary rivers in BCIM region As the acronym of Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar, BCIM has been used officially to refer to regional cooperation between the four countries since declaration of Kunming Initiative in the first meeting of BCIM Forum in 1999, where delegates from BCIM countries expressed their willingness to establish a forum for regional economic cooperation.
