The opening up of China has been increasingly extended and enriched from partial places to all the territory, from east to west, from coastal areas to inland and border areas,and become all-around, wide-ranging and deep level in the past 30 years, and therefore China has gained the fundamental experience to accomplish the achievements promoted by opening up, which attracts worldwide attention.
