A Study on the Risks of Chinese Enterprises Investment in Southeast Asia --Take Laos and Thailand for Example
In 2010, the whole world situation was complicated and changeful, and the Southeast Asian countries were also faced with a severe test.Stimulated and encouraged by the Belt and Road initiative, based on the national strategy and economic development,Chinas export and investment to Southeast Asian countries were on the rise.Based on the field research and legal practices of Laos and Thailand, we discuss the risks of Chinese enterprises investing in Southeast Asia.This presentation mainly consists of two parts:Analysis of field research results in Laos and practice cases about investment laws of Thailand.
