2016 is the first year of Yunnans 13th Five-Year Planning construction.Under severe economic development contexts at home and abroad, Yunnan Province, shouldering the earnest expectation proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping when investigating Yunnan in 2015, has actively served and get integrated into the Belt and Road initiative,borne in mind that Yunnan is strong in geographical location and opening up is its way out, persisted in building itself as a pivot to open up to South and Southeast Asia, and had increasingly cooperation with South and Southeast Asia.
