On the Role of Yunnan Power Sector in the Belt and Road Initiative
Ⅰ.Introduction Yunnan is the only province of China to link Southeast and South Asia by land,and connects the Europe and Africa through Middle East, as it connects the Silk Road Economic Belt in the north, and Maritime Silk Road in the south.Unique geographical location highlights the position of Yunnan in the Belt and Road initiative.Yunnan has shaped the wish for cooperator, and reached consensus for development with neighboring countries, so it has laid the foundation for interconnectivity and formed favorable conditions to promote the Belt and Road construction.
