Research on Optimization of Desulfurization Control for CFB Unit

  With the increasingly stringent requirements for the air pollutant emission of thermal power plants, the comprehensive study of emission control optimization for air pollutant in circulating fluidized bed (CFB) units has become the focus.Aiming at the problem of sulfur dioxide overrun, the main factors affecting the amount of sulfur dioxide in CFB units are analyzed.Then based on the active limestone model, an oxygen amount prediction model, a sulfur dioxide prediction model is established, and a new desulfurization control mode is proposed.The case studyon a 600MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit proves that the proposed model has good accuracy and the new control mode can achieve good desulfurization effect.
