Design and Research of 660MW Advanced Ultra-supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed Technology
This paper introduces the design and research of advanced ultra-supercritical circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler by Dongfang Boiler Group Co., Ltd (Dongfang Boiler).Based on the successful experience of developing Baima 600MW supercritical CFB boiler independently and combined with the experience of developing advanced ultra-supercritical pulverized coal boiler, Dongfang Boiler finally chooses double distributors, six cyclone separators and H-type layout as the 660MW advanced ultra-supercritical scheme.In the process of research and development, in order to make the steam of CFB boiler reach ultra-supercritical parameters, Dongfang Boiler puts forward three key technical problems: safety of thermal system,safety of tube wall temperature and safety of hydrodynamic.Through detailed thermal calculation and detailed layout scheme, combined with the operation and test data of 350MW and 600MW supercritical CFB boilers, Dongfang Boiler has effectively solved the above key problems, which provides the greatest guarantee for the reliability of boiler scheme.
