Research on Ultra-low Load Nitrogen Control Technology of CFB Boiler Based on Flue Gas Recirculation

  The rapid development of combustion technology in circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers has led to the widespread use of coal with low calorific value.In recent years, with the adjustment of Chinas energy structure and the increase of new energy access, in order to stabilize the operation of the power grid,thermal power plants are required to carry out deep peak shaving.To this end, most domestic CFB coal-fired generating units are subjected to variable-load operation.For the problem of NOx removal difficult to control in low-load operation, this paper proposes a CFB boiler that is suitable for deep peak shaving of power plants to heat the flue gas.The circulatory system and method provide reference and technical support for the denitration of CFB units under deep peak shaving of power plants.
