Analysis and Comparison of the Arrangement Characteristics of Supercritical CFB Boilers Heating Surfaces

　　Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boilers are developing in the direction of high parameters and high capacity,more heating surfaces need to be installed to meet the needs of the boilers normal operation.The heating surface arrangement of supercritical CFB boilers has a great influence on the furnace temperature, steam temperature and the economic efficiency of boilers.In order to improve the whole efficiency and provide a reference for the design of ultra-supercritical CFB boilers, this article compares the steam heating surface arrangement of the supercritical CFB boilers, which is designed by the companies and boiler plants in the world,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of different plans, and finally gives some suggestions for improving the heating surface arrangement.
