Comparison and analysis of the performance of denitrifying reductant for urea and ammonia in 300MW CFB boiler

  Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) is a clean combustion technology.Because of its low combustion temperature, staged and sectional combustion characteristics, the amount of NOX generated by fuel in the combustion process is less.Circulating fluidized bed units generally use SNCR denitrification technology and low nitrogen combustion technology to solve the problem of ultra-low emission of NOX.By comparing the performance, technical requirements and economy of the reductants (urea and ammonia water) of SNCR technology, it is concluded that urea is easier and safer to control NOx than ammonia water.
