To the Editor: Appropriate donor-to-recipient size matching is of crucial importance in lung transplantation.Although tailoring of the lung has been described as a successful means of overcoming size disparities, its merits and demerits remain unclear.Here, we present a case of recurrent hypoxemia after unmatched single lung transplantation.
