RESEARCH ON ENERGY RECOVERY DEVICE OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE SEAT BASED ON PIEZOELECTRIC EFFECT
Based on piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric material, an energy recovery device applied to the body seat is designed.The shape parameters of piezoelectric oscillator are analyzed based on ACT module.The maximum output voltage of triangular piezoelectric oscillator is 166.4V.The output voltage is proportional to its length and inversely proportional to its width and thickness.The natural frequencies and modes of the recovery device are determined by modal analysis, and the structural response of the random vibration load is determined by random vibration.
