THE OPTIMIZATION OF AT-CUT QUARTZ RESONATOR WITH CIRCULAR ELECTRODE
The influence of the length of the quartz plate on the vibration coupling has been studied by introducing the two-dimensional (2D) model with the finite element method (FEM), so as to obtain the optimized length.The 2D model was verified by the three-dimensional (3D) model.The radius of electrode was optimized according to the energy trapping effect and vibration coupling.The influence of the electrode radius on resonant frequency was also studied.
